2. Digital Product Delivery

2.1 Delivery Method

All digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery typically occurs:

  • Within 24 hours after successful payment

  • Up to 3 (three) days if manual activation, verification, or unique credential minting is required

Products may include:

  • Digital membership credentials

  • Lifetime access keys

  • Token-based identifiers

  • Premium media player licenses

  • Digital certificates or collectibles

2.2 Accuracy of Information

Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Incorrect email input

  • Spam/junk filtering

  • Customer-side email blocking

3. Refunds (14-Day Policy & Waiver)

3.1 Standard Refund Window

In compliance with global digital-commerce regulations and Paddle policy, customers are entitled to a 14-day refund window starting from the date of purchase unless the customer waives this right for immediate digital delivery.

3.2 Waiver of the 14-Day Cancellation Right

Because our products involve permanent, unique, and non-reversible digital delivery (e.g., lifetime access keys, membership credentials, or token-based identifiers), customers will be asked during checkout (via Merchant of Record) to confirm:

“I want to receive my digital product immediately and I understand this means I waive my 14-day right to cancel.”

Once this waiver is accepted and the digital product has been delivered or activated:

➡ The purchase becomes final and non-refundable.

Merchant of record, stores the legal confirmation of this waiver as required by consumer-protection standards.

3.3 Exceptional Refund Circumstances

Refunds may still be granted only in the following verified cases:

  • Accidental duplicate purchase

  • Technical payment error resulting in non-delivery

  • Delivery of a corrupted or unusable file that cannot be replaced

  • Failure to receive the product due to a verified system fault on our side

3.4 Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.

4. Prime Order Membership (Lifetime Access)

  • The Prime Order Membership is a one-time digital lifetime purchase.

  • Membership credentials, digital artifacts, and access rights are permanently issued.

  • Due to the irreversible and unique nature of these credentials, customers must confirm the waiver of the 14-day cancellation right at checkout if choosing immediate activation.

  • Once the membership is delivered or activated following the waiver, no refunds or cancellations apply.

5. Harmonya Prime Player (Lifetime License Key)

Optional upgrade to a lifetime license key

  • Before purchasing the lifetime key, customers can test compatibility and performance using the trial version.

  • To receive the lifetime license immediately, the customer must confirm the waiver of the 14-day cancellation right during Paddle checkout.

  • After the waiver is accepted and the lifetime key is delivered:

6. Failed or Cancelled Transactions

If payment fails or is cancelled before completion, the order will not be created and no charges will apply.

If your payment was debited but no order was generated, contact us at contact@harmonyachronicles.com with your transaction details. We will verify the issue and take corrective action.

7. No Physical Products

We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products.

All offerings are digital-only.

If physical merchandise is ever offered in the future, it will be done through a separate legal entity with its own terms and policies.
