  • Delivery is typically completed within minutes to 24 hours after successful payment confirmation.

  • In cases where manual activation or license generation is required (e.g., the Harmonya Premium Media Player or Prime Order Membership), delivery is made via email from contact@harmonyachronicles.com once verification is complete.

If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us directly at contact@harmonyachronicles.com.

2.2 Refunds

Due to the intangible and irrevocable nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products are final once delivered.
Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Customer’s inability to operate or install the product

  • Delays caused by incorrect email entry or spam filtering

However, refunds may be granted under exceptional circumstances such as:

Approved returns must be shipped back in original packaging. Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

4. Memberships & Subscriptions

The Prime Order Membership is a one-time lifetime purchase.
As membership credentials and digital collectibles are issued permanently, no refunds or cancellations apply after activation.
For any membership-related issues, please contact our support team for manual assistance.

5. Failed or Cancelled Transactions

If your payment fails or is cancelled before confirmation, no charge will be made.
In case your account was debited but the order was not created, please notify us at contact@harmonyachronicles.com with transaction details for verification and resolution.
