These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://www.harmonyachronicles.com . (“Site”) and all digital products, memberships, and services offered through it (“Products”). By accessing the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Legal Entity & Ownership

• The Harmonya Chronicles is a creative franchise solely owned by: Shaheer J. Syed , Author, creator, and exclusive copyright owner of all books, music, digital media, and franchise-related assets.

• All commercial transactions, digital sales, and distribution of Products are operated through: SJSGLOBAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LIMITED (Hong Kong) , (the “Commercialisation Partner”)

• This ensures proper international billing, tax reporting, and compliance with global digital-commerce regulations.

2. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms occasionally.

Any update will become effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continuing to use the Site indicates your acceptance of any revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

To make a purchase, you must be:

• At least 18 years old, or

• The legal age of majority in your jurisdiction

• By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Digital Products Only

This website exclusively offers digital products, including:

• Prime Order Membership (lifetime access)

• Harmonya Prime Player (trial key + lifetime license key)

• Digital certificates, tokens, and collectible digital artifacts

• Downloadable or access-based digital content

• No physical products are sold or shipped through this Site.

• If physical merchandise is ever offered in the future, it will be handled by a separate business entity with its own policies.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in USD, unless otherwise specified.

Payments are processed by our authorized third-party payment provider (the “Payment Provider”), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases.

By purchasing a Product, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information

• Authorize the Payment Provider to charge your selected payment method

• Allow necessary billing, verification, tax, and compliance checks

• Your payment statement may reflect the name of the Payment Provider or the Commercialisation Partner.

6. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital Products are delivered electronically after successful payment.

Delivery typically occurs: Within minutes to 24 hours, or Up to 3 (three) days for manual activation, verification, or unique asset minting requiring human review

Delivery may include:

• License keys

• Membership credentials

• Token-based access identifiers

• Activation details or certificates

7. Refunds, Cancellations & Withdrawal Rights

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Delivery Policy, incorporated by reference into these Terms.

7.1 14-Day Withdrawal Right (Global Digital-Commerce Standard)

• For digital purchases, customers may have a 14-day withdrawal period depending on their region’s consumer-protection laws unless:

• You choose to receive the digital Product immediately, and

• You explicitly agree to waive your 14-day right to cancel at checkout

7.2 Waiver of the 14-Day Right

Because our Products involve permanent, unique, and non-reversible digital delivery (e.g., lifetime keys, token-based membership credentials):

If you opt for immediate access and confirm the waiver during checkout:

➡ Once the digital Product is delivered or activated, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable.

7.3 Exceptional Refund Situations

• Refunds may still be offered in these rare, verified cases:

• Duplicate payments

• Technical errors resulting in non-delivery

• Corrupted digital files that cannot be replaced

• Incorrect charges or accidental multiple orders

• Refund approvals and processing times follow the Payment Provider’s procedures.

8. Prime Order Membership (Lifetime Access)

• The Prime Order Membership provides permanent, lifelong digital access.

• Membership credentials, badges, and tokens are uniquely minted and permanently issued.

• Once activation is completed (and the legal waiver is accepted at checkout), the membership becomes non-refundable.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your membership credentials.

9. Harmonya Prime Player (Software License)

• A 7-day trial key is provided for evaluation.

• Customers may then purchase a lifetime license key.

• Once delivered after waiver confirmation, the lifetime key is final and non-refundable, due to its permanent nature and irreversible activation.

• You may not share, sell, sublicense, or redistribute license keys.

10. License & Usage Rights

When you purchase a digital Product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product in accordance with its description. You may not:

• Resell or redistribute digital keys or membership credentials

• Reverse-engineer or alter any software

• Create derivative products without written permission

• Share access with unauthorized third parties

• Violations may result in termination of access without refund.

11. Intellectual Property

• All content on this Site—including text, images, artwork, music, digital assets, software, trademarks, and world-building elements—is the sole property of Shaheer J. Syed.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Site or Products without written authorization.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Product

• No warranty is given that the Site or Products will operate without interruption or error.
